Don't miss this amazing sight, especially if you visit Saint Petersburg during the White Nights. To watch it you can walk along the Neva river embankments or take a special night bus&boat tour with City Tour.
Be careful while walking and control what bank of the Neva river you are. Or it can happen so that you won't be able to reach your hotel and have to wait until bridges will be connected in the morning.

Bridges drawing is one of the most fascinating sight of St Petersburg. Every night during the navigation period the bridges over the Neva river and some canals are drawn to let ships pass from the Baltic Sea to the river head and back.
There are more than 300 big and small bridges in the city and 13 of them are drawbridges. The navigation period lasts approximately from the middle of April till the end of November.
